A first play about a family bakery in Bow facing its last winter, told across one long night of baking.
Naturalistic staging with a practical set and a great deal of food handling, so the props team matters more than usual here.
Two and a half weeks, mixed daytime and evening calls in Bow.
What you will actually be doing
- Make dough, bread and pastry props that survive repeated handling
- Build a resettable bakery counter dressing
- Restock consumables twice during the run
